摘 要:通过腐蚀形貌观察、腐蚀产物分析、极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱测试,研究了2A12铝合金与钛合金搭接件在中性盐雾环境中的缝隙腐蚀行为。结果表明:与2A12铝合金搭接件暴露区相比,缝隙区的腐蚀更严重,缝隙区与暴露区之间出现明显的分界线;对于2A12铝合金搭接件暴露区,腐蚀前期未出现明显的腐蚀现象,腐蚀12 h后发生点蚀;对于2A12铝合金搭接件缝隙区,随着腐蚀时间的延长,其表面由亚稳态点蚀逐渐发展为稳态点蚀,腐蚀加剧,形成点蚀坑群。The crevice corrosion behavior of 2A12 aluminum alloy lap joint in neutral salt spray was studied by means of corrosion morphology observation, corrosion product analysis, polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy testing. The results showed that compared with exposed zone of 2A12 aluminum alloy and Ti alloy lap joint, the corrosion in crevice zone was more serious, and there was an obvious dividing line between crevice zone and exposed zone;For exposed zone of 2A12 aluminum alloy lap joint, there was no obvious corrosion phenomenon in the early stage of corrosion, and pitting corrosion occurred after 12 hours of corrosion;For crevice zone of 2A12 aluminum alloy lap joint, with the extension of corrosion time, the metastable pitting corrosion gradually developed into steady pitting corrosion, corrosion intensified and pitting pits were formed.
