摘 要:通过盐雾加速腐蚀试验和电化学测试,对比分析了核电站钢制安全壳用无机锌(IOZ)涂层与热喷锌(TSZ)涂层的耐蚀性进行研究。结果表明:与TSZ涂层相比,IOZ涂层在经过不同时间盐雾加速腐蚀后,涂层缺陷及其表面附着的盐斑均较少,涂层结构致密且腐蚀速率较低;两种涂层的腐蚀产物均以Zn5(OH)8Cl2H2O为主;随着腐蚀时间的延长,IOZ涂层的阻抗增大,表明其不仅具有阴极保护性能和屏蔽性能,耐蚀性也更加优异和持久。Through salt spray accelerated corrosion test and electrochemical test, the corrosion resistance of inorganic zinc(IOZ) coating used for containment vessel of nuclear power plant and thermal spraying zinc(TSZ) coating was analyzed. The results showed that compared with the TSZ coating, the IOZ coating had fewer defects and salt spots attached to the surface after salt spray accelerated corrosion at different periods of time, the coating structure was dense and the corrosion rate was lower. The corrosion products of two coatings were mainly Zn5(OH)8Cl2H2O. As the corrosion time increased, the resistance of IOZ coating increased, indicating that it not only had cathodic protection and shielding properties, but also had more excellent and lasting corrosion resistance.
