摘 要:针对传统的无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制方法因存在滤波而造成相位延迟,因重构电机中性点需要额外的硬件电路造成成本上升等问题。提出了一种直接通过检测非导通相端电压和母线电压中点的无位置传感器控制方法,方法克服了传统控制方法的缺点,提高了控制性能,降低了硬件成本。同时设计了新的启动方法,避免三段式启动时间长的缺点,实现无刷直流电机无位置传感器的快速启动。经过实验结果表明:所提方法获得的换相点与真实换相点相一致,并将其速度波形与有霍尔传感器控制的无刷直流电机速度波形比较,证明方法的可行性与实用性。Aiming at the problem that traditional brushless DC motor position sensorless control method,phase delay caused by filtering,and the cost increase of the additional hardware circuit is required due to the reconstruction of the motor neutral point.A position sensorless control method that directly detects the midpoint of the non-conducting phase terminal voltage and bus voltage is introduced.This method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional control methods,improves control performance,and reduces hardware costs.At the same time,a new starting method is designed to avoid the shortcomings of the long start time of the three-stage type,and realize the fast start of position sensorless brushless DC motor.Through experiments,the commutation point obtained by this method is consistent with the real commutation point,and its speed waveform is compared with the speed waveform of a brushless DC motor controlled by Hall sensor,which proves the feasibility and practicability of this method.
