乳腺癌化疗患者社会支持度与创伤后成长的关系:自我效能的中介作用

摘　　要：目的了解乳腺癌患者术后化疗的社会支持度、创伤后成长及自我效能感总体状况,并探究社会支持度及自我效能感对创伤后成长的影响。方法选用创伤后成长量表(PTGI)、自我效能感量表(GSES)、社会支持量表(SSRS)对接受化疗的乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果174例乳腺癌化疗患者PTGI得分为(68.78±10.67)分、SSRS得分为(42.77±1.84)分、GSES得分为(27.88±1.56)分;Pearson相关分析结果显示,GSES评分与SSRS和PTGI评分呈显著正相关(r=0.466、0.384),SSRS与PTGI评分呈显著正相关(r=0.284),均P<0.05;自我效能感在社会支持与创伤后成长之间起部分中介作用,效应值为0.245。结论乳腺癌化疗患者的自我效能感在社会支持与创伤后成长中起部分中介作用,医护人员可通过提高患者的自我效能感,促进患者应对疾病的能力,增强创伤后成长。Objective To understand the overall conditions of social support,post-traumatic growth(PTG)and self-efficacy in patients after breast cancer chemotherapy,and explore the effects of social support and self-efficacy on PTG.Methods A total of 174 patients undergoing breast cancer chemotherapy were investigated by post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI),general self efficacy scale(GSES)and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results In the 174 patients undergoing breast cancer chemotherapy,scores of PTGI,GSES and SSRS were(68.78±10.67)points,(42.77±1.84)points and(27.88±1.56)points,respectively.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the GSES score were positively correlated with SSRS and PTGI scores(r=0.466,0.384;P<0.05),SSRS score was positively correlated with PTGI score(r=0.284,P<0.05).Self-efficacy played partial intermediary role between social support and PTG,with effect value of 0.245.Conclusions The self-efficacy plays partial intermediary role between social support and PTG in patients undergoing breast cancer chemotherapy.Medical staff can improve patients'self-efficacy,promote patients'ability to deal with diseases and enhance post-traumatic growth.
