六西格玛管理法在预防急诊儿科护士针刺伤中的应用体会

摘　　要：选取郑州大学附属儿童医院急诊儿科在职护士40人为研究对象,实施六西格玛管理法,对比实施前后针刺伤发生率、护士业务能力情况。结果显示,六西格玛管理法能强化急诊儿科护士的业务能力,提高其自我防护意识,预防针刺伤事件发生,值得推广。Forty nurses working in the Department of Emergency Pediatric in the Children's Hospital Affiliated of Zhengzhou University were selected for the study,and the Six Sigma Management Method was implemented to compare the incidence of accidental needle puncture and nurse professional qualifications before and after implementation.The results showed that the Six Sigma Management Method could strengthen the professional qualifications of nurses in the Department of Emergency Pediatric,improve their awareness of self-protection and prevent accidental pricking,which is worthy of promotion.
