摘 要:针对铺轨基地选址困难、不利于节省造价的现状,不设铺轨基地的T11长轨列车直铺方案开始在高速铁路铺轨工程中得到应用。本文结合东北地区某客运专线的铺轨工程对T11长轨列车铺轨的适用性及经济性进行了全面系统的总结,得到如下结论:T11铺轨对不具备铺轨基地设置条件的铁路铺轨工程具有较高的适用性;采用T11长轨列车铺轨时,长钢轨的运杂费主要包括营业线火车运费、调车费以及工程列车运费三部分,目前尚没有与之相配套的轨料运输定额;T11长轨列车运量大、编组多,在计算工程列车机车牵引台班数量时要计列T11长轨列车与平板车满载时的总重量比例系数。In view of the difficult location of track laying base,not conducive to cost saving,the direct laying scheme of T11 long rail train without track laying base has been applied in high-speed railway track laying project.Based on the track laying project of a passenger dedicated line in Northeast China,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic summary on the applicability and economy of T11 long track train track laying.T11 track laying has high applicability for railway track laying projects without track laying base setting conditions;When T11 long rail train is used for track laying,the freight and miscellaneous charges of long steel rail mainly include train freight of business line,shunting fee and engineering train freight;T11 long rail train has large traffic volume and many groups.When calculating the number of locomotive traction shifts of engineering train,the proportion coefficient of total weight of T11 long rail train and flat car with full load should be taken into account.
