摘　　要：目的研究白细胞介素-9(IL-9)对血清学阴性类风湿关节炎(SNRA)诊治和判断预后的价值。方法选取初治SNRA患者50例,同时选取骨关节炎(OA)患者52例、健康对照47例,收集临床资料,留取血清和关节液。所有患者在试验前1个月内未应用过激素或免疫抑制剂治疗。对初治SNRA患者分别进行治疗后3个月、6个月随访,进行不同时间点血清和关节液的IL-9水平检测,同时收集患者不同时间点的临床资料,进行相关性分析。结果 SNRA患者血清和关节液中IL-9水平显著高于OA患者和对照组健康人。对SNRA患者在治疗后3个月、6个月进行随访,血清和关节液中IL-9水平逐渐下降,与疾病活动指数相关。SNRA组患者基线期的血清和关节液IL-9水平与治疗前后的骨侵蚀评分均呈正相关。结论血清、关节液IL-9可能成为早期识别SNRA、判断疗效及预后的实验室指标。Objective To investigate the value of Interleukin 9(IL-9)to the onset and the disease progression in seronegative rheumatoid arthritis(SNRA).Methods A total of 50SNRA patients,52osteoarthritis(OA)patients and 47healthy controls were collected.We analyzed IL-9levels in serum and synovial fluid(SF)samples from the cohorts.Serum and SF samples were collected from the SNRA patients in 3months,6months after treatment.The correlations between IL-9and disease activity of patients were studied.Results IL-9levels in serum and SF were significantly higher in SNRA patients than the OA patients and healthy controls.The IL-9levels in serum and SF were positively correlated with disease activity.The IL-9levels in serum and SF at baseline were positively correlated with long-term bone erosion score.Conclusion Serial monitoring for IL-9levels in serum or SF may be used for early identification,evaluation of disease activity and prediction of bone erosion in patients with SNRA.
