摘 要:目的回顾性分析金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S.aureus)耐药性变迁,观察木犀草素对甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的抗菌作用。方法收集2016-2020年临床分离S.aureus药敏结果进行汇总分析;微量肉汤稀释法检测木犀草素对MRSA的最小抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度,按棋盘法联合药敏试验检测木犀草素分别与左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、头孢西丁的体外联合抗菌效果。结果共收集S.aureus 254株,主要分离自痰液(38.19%)、脓液(27.17%)、伤口分泌物标本(14.96%)等,2020年S.aureus对苯唑西林、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星、复方新诺明、克林霉素、四环素的耐药率较前均有所下降。木犀草素对MRSA的最小抑菌浓度可达0.25 mg/mL。联合药敏试验显示木犀草素和左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素为无关作用,木犀草素和头孢西丁为相加作用。结论本院S.aureus及MRSA分离率呈降低趋势,木犀草素对MRSA具有良好的抗菌活性。Objective To analyze the antimicrobial resistance of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus),and the bacteriostasis of luteolin against Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).Methods The S.aureus strains were collected from clinical specimens in Guanganmen hospital from 2016to 2020.Broth dilution method was used to detect the antibacterial activity of luteolin.Synergy function was designed with checkerboard method.Results A total of 254S.aureus strains were isolated.The top 3specimens isolated S.aureus were sputum(38.19%),pus(27.17%)and wound secretion(14.96%).The resistant rate to oxacillin,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin,moxifloxacin,sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim,clindamycin,tetracycline decreased in 2020than in previous years.Conclusion The resistant rate of S.aureus is decreasing.Luteolin has antibacterial effect on MRSA stains.
