摘  要:采用聚氧化丙烯二醇和双端羟烷基聚硅氧烷分别与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应合成了聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体和聚硅氧烷聚氨酯预聚体,再用聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体、正丁醇和双羟甲基烷基单封端聚硅氧烷合成了含有聚硅氧烷链段和聚醚链段的增容剂,将该增容剂用于聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体和聚硅氧烷聚氨酯预聚体以三羟甲基丙烷交联的共聚物中。讨论了增容剂用量对聚醚/聚硅氧烷聚氨酯交联共聚物性能的影响。结果表明,该增容剂对聚醚/聚硅氧烷聚氨酯交联共聚物有明显的增容效果,该交联共聚物的阻尼性能、拉伸性能和耐热性能随增容剂含量的增加而提高。Polyether-based polyurethane prepolymer and polysiloxane-based polyurethane prepolymer were synthesized respectively by polyoxypropylene glycol and double-end hydroxyalkyl polysiloxane with 2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI).The compatibilizer containing polysiloxane segment and polyether segment was synthesized by polyether-based polyurethane prepolymer,n-butanol and double-hydroxymethyl alkyl terminated polysiloxane.The compatibilizer was used in the copolymer of polyether-based polyurethane prepolymer and polysiloxane-based poly-urethane prepolymer crosslinked with trimethylolpropane.The effect of compatibilizer content on the properties of polyether/polysiloxane polyurethane crosslinked copolymer was discussed.The results showed that the compatibilizer had obvious compatibilization effect on polyether/polysiloxane polyurethane cross-linked copolymer.The damping properties,tensile properties and heat resistance of the cross-linked copolymer increased with the increasing of compatibilizer content.
