摘　　要：[目的/意义]对NSTL国家重大战略信息服务平台中面向六大重大国家战略提供信息服务的实践展开研究。[方法/过程]通过对国内图书馆基于重大国家战略开展信息服务的调研,总结图书馆战略信息服务的类型、内容和形式、主体。分析NSTL国家重大战略信息服务平台的案例实践,总结归纳其六大战略平台、五大服务模块以及延伸服务的服务现状、特点。[结果/结论]以NSTL国家重大战略信息服务平台的发展优势为基础,结合当前服务环境,建议平台通过扩大服务范围及规模、增强智库服务的决策支持作用、实现可持续发展机制等方面来强化服务竞争力。[Purpose/significance]This paper conducts research on the practice of NSTL National Major Strategic Information Service Platform to provide strategy information services.[Method/process]Investigating on information services by domestic libraries for national major strategy,the paper summarized the types,contents,forms,and subjects of strategic information services by Chinese libraries.Then it analyzed the case of NSTL national major strategic information service platform to summarize the service status,characteristics of sub-platforms,sub-modules and extended services.[Result/conclusion]Based on the advantages of NSTL national major strategic information service platform,combined with the current service environment,this paper suggests that the platform can strengthen the service competitiveness by expanding the service scope and scale,enhancing the decision support role of think tank service,and realizing the sustainable development mechanism.
