摘 要:针对高效率视频编码LCU层码率控制方案对目标比特分配不合理,图像复杂度综合因子考虑不全导致率失真性能损失较大的问题,提出了一种基于视频内容特征的LCU层码率控制算法。通过Scharr算子和Hadamard变换分别检测编码区域的纹理复杂度和能量分布;对纹理复杂度因子和能量占比因子进行联合加权,构建了一种新的权重计算公式,用于LCU层目标比特的优化分配,并进行模型参数的调整。实验结果表明,本文算法在低延迟B配置和P配置下,与动态调整码率控制算法相比,比特率相对误差平均下降了0.011%和0.010%,率失真性能平均提高了2.5%和2.3%。Aiming at the problem of unreasonable target bit allocation in the LCU layer rate control scheme of high-efficiency video coding, and incomplete consideration of the image complexity factor, resulting in a large loss of rate distortion performance, a rate control algorithm for the LCU layer based on the characteristics of video content is proposed.The texture complexity and energy distribution of the coding region are detected by Scharr operator and Hadamard transform respectively;the texture complexity factor and energy proportion factor are jointly weighted, and a new weight calculation formula is constructed for the target bit of the LCU layer.Optimize allocation and adjust model parameters.Experimental results show that compared with the dynamic adjustment rate control algorithm under the low delay B configuration and P configuration, the relative error of the bit rate is reduced by 0.011% and 0.010%,and the rate-distortion performance is improved by 2.5% and 2.3% on average.
