摘  要:微生物在载体表面的高效固定是提高微生物丰度,降低水处理系统中污泥产量的有效途径。该文从载体类型角度出发,介绍了土壤类载体、天然矿物载体、工业副产物及其催生物和传统高分子材料及新型高分子材料主要优缺点,重点分析了各类载体在废水生物处理中的特性、对微生物选择性和活性的影响,以及对水环境中主要污染物净化的研究进展。对比总结了不同微生物固定载体在环境治理领域中的应用性能,并从载体与微生物交互作用的角度对增强生物相容性和处理效率做出了展望,以期为附着型微生物水污染治理技术发展与应用提供参考。The efficient fixation of microorganisms on the surface of the carrier is an effective way to improve microbial abundance and reduce sludge yield in the water treatment system.This article commence from the immobilized carrier type,advantages and disadvantages of the soil carriers,the natural mineral carriers,industrial by-product carriers and their replicates.Traditional polymer material carriers as well as new polymer material carriers were introduced.The characteristics of various carriers in wastewater biological treatment and their effects on microbial selectivity and bioactivity were emphatically analyzed,the purification mechanism of main pollutants in water environment was studied.At the same time,in order to provide reference for the development and application of microbial wastewater treatment technology,the application performance of different microbial fixed carriers in the field of environmental management was compared and summarized,the biocompatibility and treatment efficiency were prospected from the perspective of enhancing interaction between carrier and microorganism.
