摘  要:为研究旁路式水肥一体化施肥机中T型注肥三通管中注肥管流量、压力与主管流量、压力的关系,采用数值模拟与试验研究相结合的方法,研究注肥三通管流量比(侧管进口流量/主管出口流量)、管径比(侧管管径/主管管径)对局部阻力系数(主管进口-主管出口ξ1、侧管进口-主管出口ξ2)的影响规律。结果表明:注肥三通管局部阻力系数ξ1只与流量比有关,随流量比递增,局部阻力系数ξ1先增大后减小。局部阻力系数ξ2与流量比、管径比均相关,随流量比递增而增大,随管径比递增而减小。基于流量比和管径比,建立了局部阻力系数ξ1、ξ2的计算模型,决定系数分别为0.996与0.999。研究结果可为注肥管进口所需压力提供计算方法。In this paper,the relationship between the flow rate and pressure of T-type three-way pipe and the main pipe pressure in the bypass integrated fertilizer and water fertilizer applicator was analyzed.By means of numerical simulation and experimental study,the local resistance system of the flow rate ratio(side pipe inlet flow/main pipe outlet flow)and the diameter ratio(side pipe diameter/main pipe diameter)of the three-way pipe for fertilizer injection was analyzed.The influence law of the number(main inlet-main outletξ1,side inlet-main outletξ2)is discussed.The calculation models of local resistance coefficientsξ1 andξ2 are established and validated.The results show that the local resistance coefficientξ1 of the three-way fertilizer injection pipe is only related to the flow rate ratio.With the increase of the flow rate ratio,the local resistance coefficientξ1 increases first and then decreases.The local resistance coefficientξ2 is correlated with the flow rate ratio and the diameter ratio.The local resistance coefficientξ2 increases with the increase of the flow rate ratio and decreases with the increase of the diameter ratio.Based on the flow ratio and diameter ratio,the calculation models of local resistance coefficientsξ1 andξ2 are established,and the determination coefficients are 0.996 and 0.999,respectively.The root mean square error(RMSE)of experimental and calculated values ofξ1 andξ2 are 0.09 and 0.12 respectively,which indicates that the regression model is accurate and reliable.By using the formula of local resistance coefficient proposed in this study,the pressure value needed for the fertilizer injection pipe can be calculated directly.
