摘 要:从会奖旅游采购方、供应方、行政管理者、旅游者等产业链组成的利益相关者角度,运用专家评价法,提炼出会奖旅游目的地的竞争力构成,给构成要素评分,总结出核心竞争力要素和辅助性竞争力要素。核心竞争力由可进入性、旅游吸引力、专业服务水平、活动体验、会奖设施的完善度、目的地营销水平、购买成本等构成。辅助性竞争力由可持续发展能力、目的地公共服务、会奖行业发展程度、奖励政策、组织协调能力、目的地形象等构成。将这些竞争力要素按照专家评价得分的重要性进行排序,为旅游目的地转型升级提供参考。From the perspective of the stakeholders composed of the industry chain of incentive including tourism buyers, suppliers, administrators and tourists, this paper analyzes the elements of competitiveness of incentive tourism destination by means of expert evaluating and scoring the constituent elements, and categorizes the key competitiveness elements and assisting competitiveness elements. The key competitiveness includes accessibility, tourism attraction, level of professional service, tourism experience, perfection of incentive facilities, level of destination marketing, and purchase cost;the assisting competitiveness consists of sustainable development capacity, public service of the destination, development degree of incentive industry, award policy, organization and coordination ability, and destination image. These competitiveness elements are ranked according to the scores of expert evaluation so as to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of tourism destinations.
