成品油销售企业设备状态标准体系的建立与实践

摘　　要：针对成品油销售企业石油库与加油站以及成品油输油管道场站设备设施总量不断扩大,新工艺、新技术、新装备陆续投用,现行管理标准相对滞后,造成管理和操作设备设施不规范和不统一等问题,建立了成品油销售企业设备设施状态标准体系,编制了《设备设施状态标准》。标准体系涵盖成品油销售企业设备设施10个主要专业13类142项设备设施,包括适用范围、主体构成、结构性能、运行标准、标志标识等内容。通过在石油库、加油(气)站、输油管道范围内推广应用,提高了设备设施使用效率,促进了安全督查工作的开展,提升了设备管理水平。With the continuous application of new processes,new technologies and new equipment in oil depots and gas stations of oil product sales enterprises and oil product pipeline stations,the total amount of equipment and facilities continues to expand,and the current management standards are relatively backward,resulting in non-standard and non-uniform management and operation of equipment and facilities.In view of the problems,the standard system of equipment and facilities status in oil product sales enterprises is established and the“Equipment and facilities status standard”is compiled.The standard system covers 142 items of equipment and facilities in 13 categories of 10 major specialties of equipment and facilities in oil product sales enterprises,and includes the scope of application,main body composition,structural performance,operation standards,signs and identifications,etc.Through the promotion and application in oil depots,refueling stations and oil pif>elines,the utilization efficiency of equipment and facilities is improved,the development of safety supervision is promoted,and the equipment management level is improved.
