摘  要:针对不同锭胆和锭杆构型的高速锭子在工作时产生声压级不同的问题,以YD6103型号锭子为对照组,探究锭胆轴承支承构型和锭杆尺寸与对照组不同的YD4203型号及YD6111型号锭子在转速为5000、10000和15000~21000r/min(每1000r/min为一组)时的声压级情况。试验发现:采用止推轴承作为锭胆支撑构型中下弹性阻尼元件的锭子在中速和高速运转时产生的噪声更小;锭子锭杆尺寸小的锭子在运转时产生的声压级更小,但随着转速的升高,锭杆尺寸对锭子运转时的声压级的影响减小。According to the problem that different high-speed spindles with different configurations produce different sound pressure levels during operation,the effect of damping elastic tube structure'and spindle size on the sound pressure level of spindle during operation is investigated.The spindle model YD6103 is used as the control group,the spindle damping elastic tube structure and spindle rod size are different from those of the control group,and the sound pressure level of YD4203 and YD6111 spindles is investigated at 5000 r/min,10000 r/min and 15000~21000 r/min(each group at 1000 r/min).It is found that the spindle with the thrust damping elastic tube as the lower elastic damping element in the spindle gall support structure produces less noise at medium and high speeds.The spindle with small spindle rod size produces less sound pressure level during operation.However,as the speed increases,the influence of the spindle rod size on the sound pressure level generated during spindle operation decreases.
