摘  要:利用提取的茜草染料对棉织物进行染色,测试染色后织物的服用性能、防紫外线性能、抗菌性能与汗液浸润舒适性能。测试结果表明:染色棉织物的耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度折皱回复角、断裂强力、防紫外线与织物汗液浸润舒适性能均随着汗液浸润量的增加而降低;在酸性汗液环境中的下降幅度高于碱性汗液环境;当汗液浸润量低于30%时,染色棉织物的服用性能、防紫外线性能与汗液浸润舒适性能较好;干燥时染色棉织物的抗菌率均保持在80%以上。认为:茜草染料对棉织物染色不仅保持了棉织物较好的服用性能与舒适性能,还赋予了棉织物防紫外线性能与抗菌性能。Madder dye is extracted to dye and finish cotton fabrics and the wearabilities,anti-UV,anti-bacterial and comfortable properties of madder dyed cotton fabrics in different kinds and different content are tested.Tests show that the friction fastness of dyeing cotton fabric,soaping fastness,crease recovery angle,breaking strength,UV-protection and fabric sweat infiltration comfortable properties are all decreased with the increment of sweat infiltration.The falling range sweat in acidic environment is higher than in alkaline environment.When sweat infiltration amount is less than 30%,wearabilities,anti-UV and comfortable properties of madder dyed cotton fabrics are still good and antibacterial rate of the dry dyed cotton fabric remains at more than 80%.It is believed that cotton dyeing with madder dye can not only maintain better wearabilities and comfortable properties,but also endow cotton fabrics with anti-ultraviolet and anti-bacterial properties.
