摘 要:为解决传统棉/亚麻织物退浆耗水量大,污染严重等问题,利用超临界二氧化碳(CO_(2))流体退浆技术对棉/亚麻织物进行退浆处理。分析了退浆温度、系统压力、处理时间对退浆效果的影响。试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为温度60℃,压力24MPa,处理时间60min,此时可达到8%及以上的退浆率初步证明了超临界二氧化碳退浆技术的可行性。In order to solve the problems of high water and energy consumption as well as serious environmental pollution in traditional chemical desizing process,supercritical CO_(2)synergistic bio-enzymatic desizing process for flax cotton blended fabric is proposed.The effects of temperature,system pressure and treatment time on the desizing effect of flax cotton blended fabric treated with supercritical carbon dioxide fluid are analyzed.The results show that the optimum technological conditions are temperature of 60℃,pressure of 24 MPa,and treatment for 60 min,and the desizing rate could reach 8%or more.It is preliminarily proved that the technology of supercritical carbon dioxide desizing is feasible.
