摘 要:介绍了“绿水青山”创意提花织物的设计思路及设计方法。该创意提花织物使用多臂小样织机,充分利用16页综框,将纬起花织物的提花原理与缂丝技术巧妙结合,并合理利用地纬与花纬纱线的粗细差异以及银丝、绒束等多种纬纱元素,成功开发出一款以平纹为地组织、局部采用纬起花组织的提花织物。介绍了该提花织物的织物组织设计、纱线设计和上机要点。织制的织物立体感强,画面美观,层次丰富。The design ideas and methods of the "Green Water and Green Mountain" jacquard fabric are introduced. The fabric is successfully developed on a dobby sample loom, makes full use of the 16-page heald frame, skillfully combined the jacquard principle of weft-raised fabric with kesi weaving technology, and reasonably utilizes the thickness difference between ground weft and flower weft thread,as well as various weft elements such as silver silk and fasciculus. This jacquard fabric is successfully organized in plain weave, and the jacquard effect is formed by local weft-raised weave. The weave design, yarn design and machine key points of this jacquard fabric are introduced. The woven fabric has strong three-dimensional sense, beautiful picture and rich layers.
