摘  要:从原料性能、纱线构成、工艺措施等角度介绍了一款腈氯纶/芳纶/不锈钢纤维三组分混纺纱线的设计研发思路,确定了混纺比纺纱工艺流程、原料预处理、清花梳棉并条、粗纱细纱络筒、捻线等主要工艺和技术措施。成品织物兼具优良的阻燃、耐温、耐腐蚀、防静电等多重复合功能,耐久性好,可应用于高温、低温等多种恶劣气候环境条件以及石化、矿产等行业的防护产品。From the point of view of raw material performance, yarn composition, process measures, etc., the design and development idea of a kind of three-component blended yarn of modacrylic fiber with chloride/aramid fiber/stainless steel fiber is introduced, and the main process and technical measures such as the blending ratio, spinning process, raw material pretreatment, clearing, carding, drawing, roving,spinning, winding, twisting in production are determined. Products with excellent flame retardant, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-static and other multi-composite functions, good durability, could be used in high and low temperatures of a variety of harsh climatic conditions and petrochemical, mineral and other industries protection products.
