摘 要:以镀银尼龙丝为织物电极导电纤维,改变导电纤维交织密度,设计开发了基于五枚三飞经面缎纹组织的导电织物,以此织物为电极采集人体心电信号,并测试其与人体皮肤之间的阻抗。研究发现:缎纹织物浮线较长,可增加皮肤与织物电极之间的有效接触面积,使织物触感更柔软贴肤;织物与人体的阻抗较低,心电信号较清晰,但织物结构相对不稳定,人体运动会使纤维与皮肤之间出现滑移,产生心电信号的噪声。A conductive fabric based on five pattern three fly warp satin woven fabric is developed by using silver plated nylon filament yarns.The fabric is tailored to be conductive electrocardiograph electrode.The warp and weft densities of conductive yarns are adjusted to find a most suitable structure to be as wearable electrode.The fabric electrode is used to collect human ECG signals and the impedance between the electrode and human skin is measured.It is found that the longer float line of satin fabric could increase the effective contact area between the skin and fabric electrode,endowing the fabric with softer feeling and easier close to human skin,lower impedance between the fabric and human body,and clearer ECG signals,but relatively unstable fabric structure.Human movement would make the fiber slippage with human skin,resulting in the appearance of noise of ECG signals.
