摘 要:为响应国家节能环保要求,建立绿色能源供热矿井,小保当煤矿2#风井提出淘汰现有燃煤锅炉,利用矿井余热资源,解决该风井场井口保温防冻和建筑采暖用热需求。基于现有乏风余热利用的4种技术路线,分别对各自的技术特点进行分析对比,最终提出采用直冷式深焓取热乏风热泵新技术,解决该煤矿的用热需求,介绍了小保当煤矿2#风井场地的项目概况,供热需求以及采用直冷式深焓取热乏风热泵系统的技术路线,最后进行了经济分析。项目实施后,彻底解决了由于燃煤带来的环保问题,并且对煤矿现有余热进行回收利用,减少了能源的浪费。In response to the requirements of national energy conservation and environmental protection, the establishment of green energy heating mine, it is proposed to eliminate the existing coal-fired boiler in 2# air shaft of Xiaobaodang Coal Mine and use the waste heat resources of the mine to solve the thermal insulation and anti-freezing of the wellhead of the air wellsite and the heat demand for building heating. Based on existing four technical routes of exhaust air waste heat utilization, through the comparative analysis of their technical characteristics, we finally proposed adopting direct cooling deep enthalpy exhaust air heat pump technology to solve the coal mine in hot demand, and introduced 2# well site general situation of Xiaobaodang Mine, wind heating demand and direct cooling deep enthalpy exhaust air heat pump system of technical route. Finally, we carried out the economic analysis, and completely solved the environmental protection problems caused by coal burning after the implementation of the project, and the existing waste heat of coal mine is recycled to reduce the waste of energy.
