摘 要:以赵固一矿区域内多个煤层底板灰岩层的多分支水平注浆井实钻为研究对象,进行了井身结构优化,降低环空压力损耗及钻具托压值,复合钻进速度提高约15%~25%,定向钻进速度提高约20%~40%;进行了钻具组合优选,采用双扶稳斜钻具组合降低了复合钻进过程井斜与方位漂移量,使得平均日进尺率提高了41.67%;优选出含有减振托齿和复合保径及抗磨的5刀翼双排齿PDC钻头,复合钻进平均速度提高约50%,定向钻进平均速度提高约56.52%;基于传统水基低固相钻井液,改变钻井液配方优化钻井液性能,使得滑动钻进速提高至原钻速的12倍。Taking the actual drilling of multi-branch horizontal grouting wells in coal seam floor limestone layer of the Zhaogu No.1 mine area as the research object. The well structure is optimized to reduce annulus pressure loss and drilling tool holding pressure, the compound drilling speed is increased by approximately 15% to 25%, the directional drilling speed is increased by about 20% to 40%;the drilling tool assembly is optimized, the dual stabilization drilling tool assembly is adopted to reduce the deviation and azimuth drift of the composite drilling process, the average daily footage rate has increased by 41.67%;a five-blade double-row tooth PDC bits with damping brackets and composite gauge and anti-wear is selected, the average composite drilling speed is increased by about 50%, and the average directional drilling speed is increased by about 56.52%;based on the traditional water-based low-solid drilling fluid, the drilling fluid formula is changed to optimize the performance of the drilling fluid, so that the sliding drilling speed is increased to 12 times the original drilling speed.
