摘 要:钢铁生产过程中需要基于过程数据对产品质量进行判定,判定的规则缺少规范的管理和有效的积累。借鉴规则引擎思想,结合钢铁质量管理系统的需求,设计和开发了一套基于工业大数据的规则引擎组件,在宝武集团大数据中心建设的基础上,实现了基于规则的炼钢、热轧、冷轧全工序质量管理。业务人员通过配置规则、规则组、规则流实现钢铁质量判定知识的管理。项目实践证明,该组件可以满足钢铁生产过程中工艺、表面等多种质量判定场景,基本替代原有人工质检工作,实现钢铁企业的降本增效。In the process of iron and steel production,it is necessary to judge the product quality based on process data,and the rules are lack of standardized management and effective accumulation.Based on the idea of rule engine and the requirement of iron and steel quality management system,a rule engine component based on industrial big data is designed and developed.Based on the construction of Baowu Group Big Data Center,the whole process quality management system of steelmaking,hot rolling and cold rolling based on rules is realized.The users realize the management of iron and steel quality judgment knowledge by configuring rules,rule groups and rule flow.The project practice shows that the component can meet the requirements of process,surface and other quality judgment scenarios in the process of iron and steel production,basically replace the original manual quality inspection works,and realize cost reduction and efficiency increase of iron and steel enterprises.
