摘 要:钢包回转台是现代连铸工艺中比较常见的一种关键机械设备,具有低速、重载、偏载的工作特点,其传动机构尤其是回转支承的健康状态在线诊断分析一直是设备管理者的一个难题,使用传统的测振、测温等技术手段难以达到预期效果。介绍了一种应力波技术,其对转速不敏感,只对设备部件相对运动时产生的摩擦和冲击有反应,利用应力波技术能够实现对钢包回转台等低速重载设备的实时监测和在线诊断分析。通过使用对应力波信号高度敏感的传感器,实时采集设备运动产生的应力波信号,然后使用数值积分、样本统计等方法对应力波信号进行处理,以使设备管理者及时知晓设备的状态变化情况,达到预测性维护的目的。通过展开介绍钢包回转台的实际诊断分析案例,证明应力波技术可对钢包回转台传动系统做有效监测。The ladle turret is a key mechanical equipment commonly used in modern continuous casting process.It has the characteristics of low speed,heavy load,and eccentric load.The online diagnosis and analysis of the health status of its transmission mechanism,especially the slewing bearing,has been a difficult problem for the equipment manager to achieve the expected results using traditional technical methods such as vibration measurement and temperature measurement.A stress wave technology is introduced,which is not sensitive to rotation speed and only responds to friction and impact caused by relative movement of equipment parts.Using stress wave technology can realize real-time monitoring and online diagnostic analysis of ladle turret and other low-speed and heavy-duty equipment.By using sensors that are highly sensitive to stress wave signals,the stress wave signals generated by equipment movement are collected in real time,and then the stress wave signals are processedusing methods such as numerical integration and sample statistics,so that equipment managers can know the state of the equipment in a timely manner and achieve the purpose of predictive maintenance.By introducing actual diagnosis and analysis cases of the ladle turret,it is proved that the stress wave technology can effectively monitor the entire transmission system of the ladle turret.
