摘  要:植物精油(EO)是植物的次生代谢产物,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗寄生虫、抗氧化、免疫调节和促进生长等功能,在饲料生产和畜禽养殖中逐渐引起重视,有望成为促生长类抗生素替代品,是近年来国内外的研究热点。文章综述了植物精油的性质、功能以及在禽类生产中的应用情况,以期为解决“禁抗”带来的问题提供新的可能,为生产实践提供参考依据。Plant essential oil(EO)is a secondary metabolite of plants,which has the functions of antibacterial,anti-virus,anti-parasite,anti-oxidation,immune regulation and promoting growth.It has attracted more and more attention in feed production and livestock and poultry breeding,and is expected to become a substitute for growth promoting antibiotics.It is a research hotspot at home and abroad in recent years.By discussing the properties and functions of plant essential oil and its application in poultry production,it could provide a new possibility for solving the problems caused by"prohibited resistance"and provide a reference basis for production practice.
