摘  要:为了研究不同水平的新型饲料黏结剂对小龙虾饲料溶失率和软化时间的影响,试验以商业小龙虾饲料配方为基础饲料,设置5个组:负对照组(不含黏结剂)、正对照组(添加0.6%羧甲基纤维素钠)、试验A、B、C组(分别添加0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的新型饲料黏结剂),同时试验B组和试验C组别用50 g麸皮等量替代面粉。结果表明:与负对照组相比,添加新型饲料黏结剂的饲料的溶失率降低,与正对照组相当;添加新型饲料黏结剂后,饲料软化时间明显延长,显著优于正对照组和负对照组。此外,在饲料中加入0.2%的新型黏结剂时,可以用50 g麦麸代替等量面粉,从而降低配方中淀粉的使用量。In order to study the effects of different levels of new feed binder on feed dissolution rate and softening time of crayfish.Based on commerical cray fish feed formula,five experimental feeds were prepared which included a negative control(with no binder)and a positive control(with 0.6%of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose),and experimental group A,B and C,containing 0.1%,0.2%and 0.4%of new binder,respectively.Meanwhile,50 kg of wheat flour was replaced by wheat bran in groups B and C.The resultsshowed that,reduction in the dissolution rate of feed with new binder compared to the negative control,which was comparable to the positive control group.There was improvement in duration for feed softening with new binder inclusion which was significantly better than both of the control groups.Moreover,with inclusion of new binder at 0.2%in the feed it was possible to replace 50 g of wheat flour with wheat bran thereby significantly reducing the starch levels.The results could be extended to other high value species,such as crab.
