摘 要:文章在乙二胺合钴和尿素作为SO_(2)和NOx吸收剂的背景下,研究了在超重力旋转床条件下实际工况条件对于脱硫脱硝效率的影响,主要包括吸收剂浓度和配比、旋转速率和气体流速。结果发现:吸收剂的最佳浓度为0.02 mol•L^(-1) Co(en)_(3)^(+3),尿素最合适添加比例为1%,最佳气体流速120000 m^(3)•h^(-1),最佳操作转速为3200 r/min。同时列举了超重力旋转床在实际生产中脱硫脱硝方面的应用,分析设备运行费用和经济效益。最终得出:设备可用于低密度、大流量且要求压降小的工业废气处理,对烟气脱硫脱氮与除尘的性能比传统设备有大幅提高。The effect of actual working conditions on the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification under high gravity rotating bed conditions,mainly including absorbents concentration and ratio,rotation rate and gas flow rate,was studied in the context of ethylenediamine cobalt and urea as SO_(2) and NOx absorbents.The results show that the optimum absorbents concentration is 0.02 mol•L^(-1) Co(en)_(3)^(+3),the most suitable urea addition ratio is 1%,the optimum gas flow rate is 120000 m^(3)•h^(-1),and the optimum operating speed is 3200 r/min.The application of high gravity rotating bed in desulfurization and denitrification in actual production is exemplified.With the analysis of equipment operation cost and economic benefits,it is concluded that the equipment can be used for treatment of industrial waste gas with low density,high flow rate and small pressure drop.The performance of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification and dust removal is greatly improved than the traditional equipment.
