摘  要:文章对折流型填料式烟气脱硫用超重力旋转床进行了整机结构设计和零部件设计与选型,主要包括外壳、气液管道、转子、转轴、电机选型和密封系统设计等。超重力旋转床的核心结构是动静组合式转子,动盘由动盘底座和多孔板焊圈组成,动盘直径200 mm,由电机带动旋转;静盘由静盘底座和无孔焊圈板组成,固定在外壳上。动盘和静盘配合被外壳包裹形成折流型内腔,为气体和液体在超重力作用下充分混合提供反应空间。The structural design of the whole machine and the design and selection of components for the Z-type packed high gravity rotating bed for flue gas desulfurization are introduced with focus on the shell,gas-liquid pipeline,rotor,rotating shaft,motor selection and sealing system design.The core structure of the high gravity rotating bed is the combined moving and static rotor.The moving disk consists of movable disk base and porous plate welding ring.The moving disk,driven by the motor rotation,has a diameter of 200 mm.The static rotor is composed of a static disk base and the non-porous welding ring plate.It is fixed on the shell.The moving rotor and the static rotor are wrapped by the shell to form a Z-type inner cavity,providing reaction space for gas and liquid to fully mix under the action of super gravity.
