多年生和一年生荞麦根系生理特性比较研究

摘  要:为明确多年生荞麦和一年生荞麦根系中内源激素和各项生理指标差异关键时期,比较其不同发育期根系中3种内源激素(生长素IAA、细胞分裂素CTK和赤霉素GA)含量和7种酶活性(超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化氢酶CAT、过氧化物酶POD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GPX、谷胱甘肽还原酶GR、谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶GST、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶APX)。结果表明,多年生荞麦与一年生荞麦根系发育过程中内源激素和酶活性指标存在不同变化趋势,多年生和一年生荞麦根系差异关键时期在初花期,这一时期IAA、GA、POD、GST和APX 5个指标出现转折点。相关分析表明,10个指标之间存在一定相关性,可划分为3类,第一类包含IAA、GA和GR 3个指标,第二类包含CAT、CTK、POD、GST和APX 5个指标,第三类包含SOD和GPX 2个指标。To clarify the key differentiation stage of the root endogenous phytohormones and physiological indices between perennial buckwheat and annual buckwheat,three endogenous phytohormones(IAA,CTK and GA)and seven physiological indices(SOD,CAT,POD,GPX,GR,GST and APX)were compared during different developmental stages of root.The results showed that the endogenous phytohormones and enzymatic activities exhibited different trends during root development.The key differentiation stage between perennial buckwheat and annual buckwheat was the first flowering stage.This stage was the turning point for the five indices,namely GA,IAA,POD,GST and APX.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were definite correlations among 10 indices,which could be divided into three categories.The first category included three indexes(IAA,GA and GR).The second category included five indices(CAT,CTK,POD,GST and APX).The third category included two indices(SOD and GPX).
