摘 要:高铁对城市间劳动力流动格局会产生较大影响,进而对区域就业密度格局产生影响。采用加权平均中心、地理加权回归方法研究高铁对京津冀县域尺度2010—2017年就业密度格局演变的影响,结果发现:高铁的开通显著改变了区域就业密度格局,劳动力从最初向高铁沿线区县集聚,过渡到向地级市或更发达城市集聚,高铁的虹吸作用促使以衡水为中心的就业密度低值区的形成。高铁背景下经济发达、就业待遇更好的地区更容易吸引劳动力,而社会固定资产的投资对劳动力的吸引力较弱;相对于高铁开通年限而言,高铁班次变量对区县就业密度的影响更为显著,其中正向影响主要分布在北京、天津和位于京广高铁沿线的保定北部区县。总体来说,高铁对京津冀县域就业密度的影响以集聚效应为主。该结论可以为未来高铁建设背景下区域就业格局的优化和调整提供实践参考。High-speed rail(HSR)has a greater impact on the pattern of labor force flow between cities,which in turn has an impact on the pattern of regional employment density.Taking the weighted average center and geographically weighted regression methods to study the impact of HSR on the evolution of employment density pattern at the county scale of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2010 to 2017,this paper found that the opening of HSR has significantly changed the regional employment density pattern,and the labor force has changed from the initial agglomeration to districts and counties along the high-speed railway to the agglomeration to prefecture-level cities or more developed cities.The siphon effect of HSR promotes the formation of low-value employment-density areas centered on Hengshui.In the context of HSR,regions with developed economies and better employment conditions are more likely to attract labor,while investment in social fixed assets is less attractive to labor;compared with the opening years of HSR,HSR frequency variables have a greater impact on the employment density of counties,and the positive impacts are mainly distributed in Beijing,Tianjin and the northern counties of Baoding along the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway.In general,the impact of HSR on the employment density of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei counties is dominated by the agglomeration effect.This conclusion can provide practical reference for the optimization and adjustment of the regional employment pattern under the background of HSR construction in the future.
