摘　　要：为加强对夏热冬冷地区老旧小区外墙的节能改造力度,文中阐述了夏热冬冷地区老旧小区外墙节能改造现状,并对其评价体系及内容进行了研究与分析,以期为相关人员提供借鉴。In order to strengthen the energy saving transformation of the old residential exterior walls in the hot and cold winter areas,this paper is mainly based on the current situation of energy saving transformation in the old residential areas,and analyzes the contents of the evaluation system in the hot and cold winter areas,so as to provide some reference value for the relevant personnel.
