摘　　要：文中通过厦门软件园三期D03项目案例,对比分析了可控刚度桩筏基础的经济性。结果表明,在合适的地质条件下,采用可控刚度桩筏基础设计方案不仅可保证项目安全、质量、进度,还能节省工期,取得较好的经济效益。Through the case of D03 project of Xiamen Software Park Phase III,this paper compares and analyzes the economy of pile raft foundation with controllable stiffness.The results show that under appropriate geological conditions,the design scheme of controllable stiffness pile raft foundation can not only ensure the safety,quality and progress of the project,but also save the construction period and obtain better economic benefits.
