浅谈招投标法框架下工程项目发包方式的选用

摘　　要：文中通过梳理相关招投标法的法律法规,简要介绍了招标中常用的发包方式,从区属国企的视角阐述了工程项目发包方式的选用。By combing the relevant laws and regulations of bidding law,this paper briefly introduces the common contracting methods in bidding,and expounds the selection of contracting methods of engineering projects from the perspective of state-owned enterprises in the district.
