摘  要:[目的]评价青海不同产地宽叶羌活抗菌活性。[方法]用琼脂孔洞法筛选宽叶羌活抗菌活性部位及比较不同地区宽叶羌活抗菌活性。[结果]宽叶羌活5个活性部位对试验菌均表现出较强的抗菌效应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);不同产地宽叶羌活对受试菌均表现出一定的抗菌活性,帮菜、湟中、佑宁寺宽叶羌活与空白组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);互助北山、果洛军功、玛可河宽叶羌活除对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效应无统计学意义之外,对其它菌的抑菌效应均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。[结论]青海不同产地宽叶羌活均存在特异的抗菌活性,可作为宽叶羌活抗菌药物开发物质基础。[Objective]to evaluate the antibacterial activity of notopterygium incisum from different areas in Qinghai Province[Methods]the antibacterial active parts of notopterygium incisum from different areas were screened by agar hole method[Results]the five active parts of notopterygium macrophyllum showed strong antibacterial effect on the tested bacteria,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Notopterygium macrophyllum from different habitats showed certain antibacterial activity on the tested iDacteria,and there were statistically significant differences between Bangcai,Huangzhong,youningsi and the blank group(P<0.05 or 0.01)The antibacterial effect of notopterygium macrophyllum on Pseudomonas aeruginosa was not statistically significant,but on other bacteria was statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01)[Conclusion]notopterygium macrophyllum from different areas in Qinghai Province has specific antibacterial activity,which can be used as the material basis for the development of antibacterial drugs of notopterygium macrophyllum.
