新疆某种鸡场蛋鸡沙门氏菌分离鉴定及耐药性分析

摘　　要：为了解新疆米泉某种鸡场沙门氏菌的感染情况,采用平板凝集试验对该场种鸡和商品蛋鸡进行了鸡白痢和鸡伤寒沙门氏菌病血清学调查,采集平板凝集强阳性鸡只的肛拭子,进行沙门氏菌的分离培养,对分离株进行血清分型和耐药性检测。结果显示,该鸡场鸡白痢和鸡伤寒沙门氏菌病抗体阳性率为19.6%(105/537),其中种鸡阳性率为14.3%(12/84),商品蛋鸡阳性率为20.5%(93/453);从鸡肛拭子中分离到3株鸡伤寒沙门氏菌,分离率为5.5%(3/55);药敏结果显示,有1株沙门氏菌XJMQ-S39呈多重耐药表型,其对5类9种抗菌药物耐药。结果表明,该种鸡场沙门氏菌血清阳性率高,主要是由鸡伤寒沙门氏菌感染引起的,且分离菌对多种抗菌药物耐药。In order to understand the infection of Salmonella in a breeding chicken farm in Miquan,Xinjiang,the serological investigations of Salmonella pullorum and Salmonella gallinarum in layers and breeders were conducted by plate agglutination test.The strong positive chicken anal swab samples of plate agglutination test were collected and used for isolation and culture of Salmonella.Serotyping and drug sensitivity test were carried out in the isolated strains.The results showed that positive rates of antibodies were 19.6%(105/537)in the farm,20.5%(93/453)of layers and 14.3%(12/84)of breeders respectively.Three strains of Salmonella gallinarum were isolated from the anal swabs,the isolation rate was 5.5%(3/55).The results of drug sensitivity test showed that one strain of Salmonella XJMQ-S39 was multi-drug resistance phenotype,which was resistant to 5 classes and 9 kinds of antimicrobials.The results showed that the seropositive rate of Salmonella in this chicken farm was high,which was mainly caused by Salmonella gallinarum infection,and the isolated Salmonella gallinarum was resistant to multiple antimicrobials.
