摘　　要：为了观察中药对奶牛乳房炎主要致病菌的体外抑菌效果,选取20味中药用水提法制备药液,测定水提液对主要病原菌的抑菌效果。结果表明,不同中药对不同病原菌的抑菌效果不同。五倍子、乌梅、黄芩、鹿蹄草、丹参、黄连、连翘、石榴皮、黄柏、大黄对产色葡萄球菌抑菌效果较好;五倍子、乌梅、黄芩、黄连对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果较好;五倍子、乌梅对大肠埃希氏菌和肺炎克雷伯菌抑菌效果较好;乌梅、黄连、黄柏、五倍子、鹿蹄草对于无乳链球菌抑菌效果较好。五倍子和乌梅组成的组方对所有病原菌都有较好的抑菌效果。In order to observe the in vitro bacteriostatic effects of traditional Chinese herbs on the main pathogenic bacteria of clinical mastitis in dairy cows,we used 20 common Chinese herbs to prepare liquid according to the water extraction method,and the antibacterial effects of corresponding Chinese herb water extracts on pathogenic bacteria were measured.The results showed that different Chinese herbs had different antibacterial effects in vitro for different pathogenic bacteria.Galla chinersis,Fructus Mume,Radix Scutellariae,Pyrola rotundifolia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Rhizoma Coptidis,Fructus Forsythiae,Pericarpium Granti,Cortex Phellodendri and Rheum officinale had better antibacterial effects on S.chromogenes in vitro.Galla chinersis,Fructus Mume,Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis had better bacteriostatic effects on S.aureus in vitro;Galla chinersis and Fructus Mume had better antibacterial effects on E.coli and K.pneumoniae in vitro;Fructus Mume,Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Phellodendri,Galla chinersis and Pyrola rotundifolia had better antibacterial effects on S.agalactiae in vitro.The compound consisting of Galla chinersis and Fructus Mume had good antibacterial effects on all pathogenic bacteria.
