摘　　要：猫毛滴虫病是一种全球流行的新发胃肠道疾病,由胎儿三毛滴虫寄生于猫肠道内引起,感染猫通常无临床症状或表现为慢性大肠性腹泻。目前,国内对该病的关注不够,相关研究非常少。论文对猫毛滴虫病的发现历史、病原与生活史、致病性、临床症状、流行、诊断、治疗、预后及预防等进行全面综述,同时对猫感染的其他毛滴虫如人五毛滴虫和口腔毛滴虫等做一简要介绍,以期为该病的研究及防控提供参考。Feline trichomonosis is identified as a newly emerging feline gastrointestinal disease occured in the world,caused by the parasite Tritrichomonas foetus,and infected cats may be asymptomatic or may have clinical signs that include chronic large bowel diarrhea.Currently,the little attention is paid to the feline trichomonad and trichomonosis,and there is a serious shortage of related research in China.Here we comprehensively reviewed the most important aspects of feline trichomonosis,such as the research history,etiology,life cycle,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,prevalence,diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and prevention,and simultaneously gave a brief introduction to several different trichomonad species such as P.hominis and T.tenax in cats,in order to provide references for the research,prevention and treatment of feline trichomonosis.
