摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNAs,lncRNA)是转录本长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,无开放阅读框,没有可识别的蛋白质编码能力,但具有多种生物学功能,其生物学功能在病毒感染及复制中具有重要意义。宿主lncRNA影响病毒复制主要通过以下方式:影响以IFN和NF-κB为代表介导的天然免疫应答反应;存在部分lncRNA直接参与病毒复制;然后宿主lncRNA可通过调控细胞代谢影响病毒复制;宿主lncRNA与其他非编码RNA共同影响病毒复制。因此出现了由感染诱导的细胞lncRNA可以控制细胞和病毒基因的转录、复制或翻译的功能;许多细胞lncRNA对感染诱导的抗病毒途径有反应应答;多种lncRNA可以作为先天抗病毒反应的正或负调节剂。论文综述了宿主lncRNA的功能及在病毒感染中的作用,以期为研究宿主lncRNA在病毒感染中的作用提供参考。Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are non-coding RNAs whose transcripts are more than 200 nucleotides in length.They have no open reading frame and no identifiable protein-coding ability,but they have a variety of biological functions.Its biological function plays an important role in virus infection and replication.Host lncRNAs affect virus replication mainly through the following ways:First,they affect the natural immune response represented by IFN and NF-κB;Secondly,some lncRNAs are directly involved in virus replication.Then,host lncRNAs can affect viral replication by regulating cell metabolism.Finally,host lncRNAs influence viral replication together with other non-coding RNAs.Therefore,infection-induced cellular lncRNAs can control the transcription,replication or translation of cellular and viral genes.Many cellular lncRNAs respond to infection-induced antiviral pathways.Various lncRNAs can be used as positive or negative modulators of innate antiviral response.In this paper,we reviewed the functions of host lncRNAs and their roles in viral infection,in order to provide a reference for the study of the role of host lncRNAs in viral infections.
