新疆部分地区马病毒性动脉炎的血清学调查

摘　　要：为了解马病毒性动脉炎(EVA)的流行现状,采集新疆部分地区马血清样品388份,采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测EVA血清抗体,分析不同品种、性别及地区EVA血清抗体阳性率。结果显示,EVA血清抗体总阳性率为10.31%(40/388),昌吉、伊宁、巴州和哈密地区EVA血清抗体阳性率分别为7.50%(18/240)、2.74%(2/73)、41.46%(17/41)和8.82%(3/34),其中巴州与其他地区差异显著(P<0.05)。纯血马、伊犁马、哈萨克马、焉耆马和伊吾马EVA血清抗体阳性率为2.00%~41.46%,纯血马显著低于其他品种马(P<0.05)。公马EVA血清抗体阳性率(35/272,12.87%)显著高于母马(5/116,4.31%)(P<0.05)。表明EVA血清阳性率与品种、性别和地区相关,研究结果为EVA的流行病学研究提供了基础数据。To understand the prevalence of equine viral arteritis(EVA)in Xinjiang,388 equine serum samples were collected from Changji,Yining,Bazhou and Hami areas.Indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was performed to detect equine viral arteritis antibody.The results showed that the positive rate of EVA antibody was 10.31%(40/388),and the positive rates of EVA antibody in Bazhou,Changji,Yining and Hami were 41.46%(17/41),7.50%(18/240),2.74%(2/73)and 8.82%(3/34),respectively.The positive rates of EVA antibody in Bazhou and three other regions were significant differences(P<0.05).The positive rates of EVA antibody in Thoroughbred horse,Yili horse,Hasake horse,Yanqi horse and Yiwu horse EVA antibody were 2.00%(2/100),4.51%(6/133),15.00%(12/80),41.46%(17/41)and 8.82%(3/34),respectively.The positive rate of EVA antibody of native horse and Thoroughbred horse were significant differences(P<0.05).The antibody positive rate of EVA in stallions was significantly higher than that in mares(P<0.05).There were significant differences in antibody positive rates of EVA among different breeds,genders and regions.This study provided basic data for the epidemiological study of EVA.
