摘 要:当前,泰国高校汉语人才培养还无法满足其国内人才市场与中泰产业合作的需求,分析今后对汉语人才需求的趋势发展,中泰合作办学应夯实学生的汉语人文基础;构建汉语专业人才核心竞争力;基于实践场景培养学生的全球胜任力,加强跨学科汉语课程体系开发,为多学科合作办学寻找突破点;构建高校与跨境企业联合教育模式。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the curriculum of Chinese major in Thai universities in 2020,and the demand factors of Chinese talents in Thailand’s recruitment notices in recent years and the major Sino Thai cooperation projects,this paper forecasts the changes of Thailand's demand for Chinese talents in the future.It is suggested that the curriculum of Sino Thai cooperation in running schools should lay a solid foundation for students’Chinese Humanities and build the core competitiveness of Chinese professionals;the curriculum structure should be based on the practice scene to cultivate students’global competence;the development of interdisciplinary Chinese curriculum system should be strengthened to find breakthrough points for multi-disciplinary cooperation in running schools;and the joint education mode between universities and cross-border enterprises should be constructed.
