摘　　要：从轻油捕集系统及洗萘装置来的富油,沿管线进入油汽换热器,再经由进料变径管道处分成两路管道进入管式炉炉顶进行加热,最后进入脱苯塔。在这一过程中,富油换热器使用一段时间后,由于富油结垢使壳体内部油侧和水侧的螺旋板腐蚀形成内漏,造成串料后换热效果变差,使得换热器连接管道沿线至管式炉内对流段管道升温加剧,造成炉门烧焦。采用自行配置碱洗富油换热器的方法,使其换热器螺旋板腐蚀程度减轻,确保管式炉对流段温度恒定,装置运行稳定。The rich oil from the light oil capture system and the naphthalene washing device enters the oil steam exchanger along the pipeline, is divided into two pipelines through the feed reducer pipeline,enters the top of the tubular furnace for heating, and finally enters the debenzenization tower. In this process, after the oil-rich heat exchanger is used for a period of time. After the oil-rich heat exchanger is used for a period of time, the oil-rich fouling in the shell will corrode the spiral plates on the oil side and water side of the shell and form internal leakage, resulting in poor heat exchange effect after stringing. The heat exchanger connecting pipeline to the convection section in the tube furnace increases in temperature,causing the furnace door to burn. The method of self-configured alkali-washed oil-rich heat exchanger is adopted to reduce the corrosion of the spiral plate of the heat exchanger and ensure constant temperature in the convection section of the tube furnace and stable operation of the device.
