摘  要:拱顶作为干燥窑的关键部位,其使用周期直接决定了窑寿水平的高低。以大冶有色冶炼厂干燥窑为例,每次维修都是由高铝砖拱顶断裂、掉砖、垮塌引起。高铝砖抗急冷急热性较差,热胀冷缩带来的砖缝变化大。钢纤维浇注料抗急冷急热性较好,整体浇筑不存在砖缝问题,弥补了高铝砖拱顶的两点缺陷。为了提高干燥窑使用寿命,试验小组成员用钢纤维浇注料拱顶进行试验,并与高铝砖拱顶进行对比。结果表明,钢纤维浇注料拱顶使用周期延长了3倍,效果明显。As the key part of drying kiln, the use cycle of the vault directly determines the life level of kiln. In the case of the kilns in Daye’s non-ferrous smelters, each repair was caused by the cracking, falling and collapsing of the dome of the high-alumina brick. High-alumina bricks have poor resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating, and the change of brick joints caused by thermal expansion and contraction is large. Steel fiber castable has good resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating, and there is no problem of brick joint in integral pouring, which makes up two defects of high aluminum brick arch roof. In order to improve the service life of the kiln, the members of the experimental group tested the steel fiber castable vault and compared it with the high aluminum brick vault. The results show that the service life of steel fiber castable vault is prolonged three times, and the effect is obvious.
