摘  要:对某公司发动机缸体缸盖连续式时效炉生产线存在的能耗过高问题进行分析,介绍了缸体缸盖退火工艺在连续式时效炉的实现过程,研究了燃烧系统、燃烧筒和热风循环系统、炉压控制、密封和双作用温区排烟电动阀门等五种因素对现行时效炉生产线耗能的影响,并给出了具体的解决措施。通过现场实测,升级改造后的时效炉生产线节能17.65%,对时效炉的节能改造有一定的推广价值。The problem of high energy consumption in the production line of continuous aging furnace for engine cylinder head and cylinder block of a company is analyzed, the realization process of annealing process of cylinder head and cylinder block in continuous aging furnace is introduced. The influence of five factors, such as combustion system, combustion cylinder and hot air circulation system, furnace pressure control, sealed and double acting electric smoke exhaust valve on the energy consumption of aging furnace production line is studied, and the specific solutions are given. Through field measurement, the energy saving of the upgraded aging furnace production line is 17.65%, which has a certain promotion value for the energy saving transformation of aging furnace.
