摘 要:借助计算机可视化技术探索水稻叶片细胞形态演化过程,需要建立细胞几何模型与其产生变形的生物力学关系。基于物理力学性质提出一种叶片细胞三维可视化动态仿真方法,通过"半边"数据结构来表示细胞骨架拓扑结构、利用双三次Bézier曲面来构造其表面的几何形状;设计细胞骨架的"点"、"线"与"面"拓扑单元查询算法来确定曲面变形控制参数;借助柯西应力、广义胡克定律计算细胞应力-应变数值。试验环境使用了C++与OpenGL图形库编程实现,结果表明,使用不同的渗透压差和弹性模量的数值能够获得曲面的自由变形,从而获得细胞三维可视化模型的动态仿真过程。此方法有助于从细胞力学视角研究叶片建成规律中引入一种信息化手段。To explore the evolution process of rice leaf cell morphology with the help of computer visualization technology, it is necessary to establish the biomechanical relationship between the cell geometry model and its deformation. A dynamic simulation method is proposed for the 3D visualization of leaf cells based on the physical-mechanical properties, in which the cytoskeleton topology is represented by a "half-edge" data structure, and the surface geometries are constructed using a bicubic Bézier surface. The control parameters of a deformed surface are determined through "vertex", "edge" or "face" topological unit query algorithms of the cytoskeleton, and the cell stress-strain values are evaluated with the help of the Cauchy stress and the Generalized Hooke’s law. The experiment environment is implemented using C++ programming and OpenGL graphics library. The results show that the use of different values of osmotic pressure difference and elastic modulus can obtain the free deformation of the surface and thus the dynamic simulation process of the three-dimensional visualization model of the cell. The method helps to introduce an information technology to study leaf morphogenesis from the perspective of cell mechanics.
