摘 要:橡胶沥青复合材料作为一种重要工程建筑材料,其蠕变特性与应力、温度和时间等各种参数有着密切相关的影响.为了深入探讨橡胶沥青复合材料的蠕变性能,本文进行了等温不同应力及等应力不同温度条件下的蠕变实验.将黏塑性元件和经典Burgers模型串联,得到改进的Burgers模型.假定模型中待定参数是与温度、应力相关的函数,从而推导出考虑温度与应力效应的改进的Burgers模型.将实验数据和改进的Burgers模型进行拟合,得到模型的待定材料参数.从而通过橡胶沥青复合材料改进Burgers模型来预测该类材料在不同温度或不同应力水平下的长期蠕变行为.利用蠕变柔量与松弛模量的换算关系,推导出改进的Burgers模型松弛模量表达式.再利用WLF方程得到该材料松弛模量主曲线,为橡胶沥青复合材料在不同温度条件下应力松弛的性能分析提供参考依据.As an important engineering material,rubber asphalt composites possess the creep properties that are closely related to the stress,the temperature and the time.In order to study the creep properties of rubber asphalt composites,the isothermal creep experiments under different stress and isostress creep experiments at different temperatures are carried out.The improved Burgers model can be obtained by connecting the classical Burgers model with the nonlinear viscoplastic element in series.Assuming that the undetermined parameters are functions related to the temperature and the stress,an improved Burgers model considering the effect of temperature and stress is derived.By fitting the experimental data with the improved Burgers model,the undetermined material parameters are obtained.Thus,the Burgers model is improved to predict the long-term creep behavior of rubber asphalt composites at different temperatures or stress levels.Based on the conversion relationship between the creep compliance and the relaxation modulus,the relaxation modulus of the modified Burgers model is derived.The master curve of relaxation modulus is obtained by WLF equation,providing reference for the stress relaxation analysis of rubber asphalt composites at different temperatures.
