摘　　要：目的:探讨308 nm准分子光联合外用乙氧苯柳胺治疗儿童慢性肥厚性湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用平行对照研究,将入选的58例慢性肥厚性湿疹患儿随机分为2组:对照组(29例)予外用乙氧苯柳胺,每日3次;试验组(29例)予外用乙氧苯柳胺联合308 nm准分子光(每周2次)治疗,疗程均为2周。治疗2周后观察2组患者的疗效。结果:治疗2周后,2组患儿皮损肥厚程度及瘙痒均明显缓解,试验组有效率为86.20%,对照组有效率为55.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:308 nm准分子光联合外用乙氧苯柳胺治疗儿童慢性肥厚性湿疹临床疗效显著,安全性高,且不良反应少。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer light combined with etofesalamide for children with chronic hypertrophic eczama.Methods:A total of 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(29 cases)received etofesalamide,three times a day.The treatment group(29 cases)received 308 excimer light irradiation,twice a week,combined with etofesalamide.The course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed afterward.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the hypertrophic rashes and pruritus were significantly relieved in the two groups,with an effective rate of 86.20%in the treatment group and 55.17%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:308 nm excimer light combined with etofesalamide ointment is effective for the treatment of children with hypertrophic eczema with high safety and few adverse reactions.
