白云石在TFT基板玻璃中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文对矿物原料和化学纯原料化学组成以及COD的影响进行对比研究分析,并进一步将两种配料熔制相同成分的玻璃,通过玻璃块试样气泡个数实验、高温熔融观察实验,表明矿物原料白云石也能够应用于TFT-LCD基板玻璃生产。The chemical compositions and COD influences of mineral raw materials and chemical pure raw materials are comparatively researched and analyzed in this paper.Two such ingredients are further melt into glass with the same composition.The experiments of the bubble number of glass block sample and high-temperature melting observation indicates that the dolomite,a mineral raw material,can also be used to produce TFT-LCD substrate glass.
