摘　　要：本文设计开发了一套集泥水分离、污泥浓缩功能于一体的新一代沉淀工艺。研究表明,出水中的SS含量低于30 mg/L,COD值低于100 mg/L,浊度小于3,色度小于15倍,出水质量可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的二级排放标准,并且能够循环利用,降低企业用水量,提高企业的经济效益。A new generation of sedimentation process integrating the function of sludge water separation and sludge concentration is designed and developed in this paper.Research shows that effluent quality can meet the requirement of the second level of emission standard stipulated in"Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996)in case of SS content in the effluent being less than 30 mg/L,the COD value less than 100 mg/L,the turbidity less than 3 and the chroma less than 15 times.Such effluent water can be recycled to reduce the water consumption and improve the economic benefits for enterprises.
