摘　　要：目的分析某市1起输入性新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供参考依据。方法收集2010年12月23日—2021年1月10日1起输入性新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情确诊病例和无症状感染者的流行病学调查报告资料,采用描述性流行病学方法,分析病例特征、三间分布、临床特征、流行病学史和传播情况等。结果共报告确诊病例37例,无症状感染者1例;最早发病时间2020年12月17日,最晚发病时间为2021年1月8日,潜伏期1~17 d。60~<70岁感染者最多,有14例(36.84%);重症和危重症6例(16.22%);自述有临床症状26例(68.42%),其中发热20例(76.92%),咽痛8例(30.77%)。结论本起输入性新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情传播链清晰,病毒来源于境外,防控措施效果较好。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of a cluster of COVID-19 caused by an imported case in late December 2020, and to provide reference for the prevention and control of COVID-19. Methods A descriptive epidemiological method was used to characterize the data of confirmed symptomatic and asymptomatic COVID-19 cases, including demographic and clinical features, distribution and transmission of the disease. Results A total of 37 confirmed symptomatic cases and 1 asymptomatic case were reported with the first case from Korea and confirmed in December 17, 2020, and the last case in January 8, 2021, the incubation period ranged from 1 to 17 days. 36.84% of cases were in the age group of 60-<70 There were 6 severe and critically ill cases(16.22%). 26 cases claimed of having symptoms such as fever(20 cases, 76.92%) and sore throat(8 cases, 30.77%). Conclusions The chain of transmission of this COVID-19 cluster is clear, with the first case returning from Korea, and the outbreak has been controlled effectively.
